After the supression of the Boxer revolution in China, Russia occupyed manchuria and had other interests in korea, so did japan. There interests clashed i guess or something then they killed alot of people...

this is what i have so far

While implementing disaster recovery is seen as a technical process, it must first begin by analyzing the business process of the company. Decision makers must first create a specification on what recovery measures should be implemented and a contingency plan as to what to do if a failure or disaster occurs. It is important to have a plan written out so employees can read and understand what must take place if a disaster occurs. It is also important so that revisions can be made to the specification if the company alters its business process.
