im looking for somone to move in... i have a really sweet deal in the place im in now, but Niela is leaving in january so i need to find another roomate.
450$ a month, appartment on kingsway, 10 min from down town van.. alll utilities included, furnished, washer and dryer, dishwasher.....
and TABLES of course....
accross the street from buss stop, and a few blocks from sky train station.

he lives very close to burnaby, basicaly at the border it'd be perfect if you're planning on bcit or something

oh you live together? i'm friends with marvin, i think you met him.

my bf's place is a basement suite in east van, net/cable/w&d/hydro/phone and all that included for $384
close too superstore, 7 11 and a couple skytrain stations
oh yea comes with puippy!

the thing is i dont want to move out of here.... its almost bran new and i have never had trouble with the landlords ever. even the phone line localy is included in the rent so i am not looking for a new place, JUST A NEW ROOMATE.
