I think the fact that you got ANY cheque shows that they aren't trying to keep your money. A large number of refunds were issued; human error is possible. I know there were very few special cases where only partial refunds were issued, but these people were advised. Avana will check if you were one of these cases or just an honest mistake... be assured accurate records and all mail was kept, and Twisted/Swingkids will ensure you get what you are entitled.
No money was made by Twisted and Swingkids on this show BEFORE any refunds were issued... these refunds were an unprecedented courtesy and I think you should think twice before posting such allegations. I'm not saying your post is unjustified but attacking a company doing you a courtesy is uncalled for, a simple inquiry would have been sufficient.
