it burns at first.. but then feels sooo good... its cooling off though.. time to re-heat!!!!!!

Soothing foot spa with bath salts if you have any or a bath with some aromatherapy. Lavender perhaps?

The towel is supposed to be a bit damp, not soaked. Wet towel, wring out excess, and then microwave.
