Ever have one of those days where the Courier walks in, all three Phone Lines start ringing, the Printer runs out of Paper, you're recieving a Fax and trying to do Payroll all at once?! SAJKFHLAIU@Y$*(&@^*!*%*&!!! It sucks... It's a Friday people... get off Early like I'm trying to do! :)

I get those once in awhile, but today for some reason has been just nucking futs. Doesn't help that both my Bosses are off at Meetings in Town so I'm stuck running the entire Airport.

The data base that my job depends on crashed for 3 1/2 hours today leaving me with nothing to do... oh well. But yeah office work is like that when you are busy you're usually way to busy.

yesterday I managed to print cheques on plain paper, while holding the cheques in my hand. smart me. then when I put the cheques in the printer and reprinted the cheques... it managed to feed all the cheques at once which led to a paper jam.. yay me and there was a client in the office.. who was trying really hard not to laugh at my misfortune.

I also spilled tea on my pants.

We had office hell on Friday. One of our guys sent out an email to the entire dept. including 67 conference room addresses. Each one of those adresses gives out a 'don't email this here' sort of bounce back message. The address that the guy sent from is a send only box.... you know where you're not supposed to email back to it. It also sends out a bounce back message to say that.

Basically we had a total of 68 mailboxes bouncing messages back and forth as fast as the servers could handle it. The servers totally bogged and the email for the entire hospital went down. CHAOS!!!!!

we had a computer slow down at work yesterday while there were 1800 people out of power in maple ridge...

and while it was one of the busiest saturdays since i started..

so that was fun...we had to take everyones numbers and do call backs


speaking of bad emails...

instead of writing SHIFT trade in my header of my email the other day i wrote shit trade


and the managers ended up with that one...cause the filter doesnt work if it says shit

heh heh that's a typo and a half eh? I hate those days where you have to have the many ams of Vishnu to keep things running smoothly. Good thing my Chair has wheels and I can get myself to all my Office appliances in one brisk push. :)

and then there i go and do it hahaha



see i have a nice office environment where i sit/stand and answer calls and all my paper work eg faxing and printing gets done by other people
