Dear MSN.
i am very disappointed with your behavior lately. with your rude disconnections, un-deliverable messages when i am clearly online, slow file transfers and incapability to sign on.
i KNOW you can do better than this. at first you worked so perfectly, file transfers would complete on the first try, with no interruptions, people would actually GET my messages, rather than waiting 2 (or more) hours and getting a message reading: The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:.. you have been slacking! so start cleaning up your act otherwise i will delete you. you don't want that, now do you. oh, and furthermore, every time my computer is on for any longer than about 6 hours you decide to crash it. NOT COOL. you have no business manipulating the health of my computer, OR the programs installed on it! i installed you for one purpose and that purpose only! if i wanted my computer crashing as often as you make it do so, i would have a sledgehammer or something of the like, beside my computer at all times. i hope you have learned a lesson here, i know i have.. do not trust software you haven't written personally. now smarten up. that is all. sincerely, a very irritated user.
