How often do you Spont your Loons?

I like to spont my loons about six times a day, anything more would be a little to much loon sponting......well for me anyway

But I spont my loon at least 4 but on a good day i will get double the sponting done.

ya a double sponting is always good, I usualy start with a gentle spont than gradually work my way into a full on hard sponting

I like to keep my Loon in top condition. A daily spont is really all you need, on top on a good oil and feed job. Occationally i'll break it out at parties and show off, so it really gets a workout then, maybe 7-8 sponts in a single evening. Really, I carry my sponted loonaround everywhere, and a couple of spares at home.

I always find i get more sponts in if i start of quickley and slowly the process down man does it ever relax you tho eh.

Why would you ever give it up i love to spont my loon it is a blast and man does it good for the body I 2-3 sponts a days that i work and 10-13 sponts on weekends. I really enjoy sponting my loon at work it makes the day go by so fast. I really hope my boss never catches me tho. He really hates loon sponting.

Depends what breed of Loon we are talking about here.
Some are more durable and can take upwards of 15 spontings in a single day.
