well, you coul cut down....that makes a big difference.
Taking up physical activities helps clear that shit out too.....or you coul approach that fog like a challenge, and force your mind to think through it, like practice? I dunno....for most people, quitting is a goo thing...not for me though. It allows me to interact with normal people. |
