ipod Friends and Users
Today my mother went crazy in the most materially rewarding sense as she impulsivly bought my sister, herself and i mini ipods.
It's silver. It's light and it provides me with a variety of my favorite thing, *music*. But i have one problem. My ibook likes to upload everything from itunes on to the ipod and there is a lot of my music that my sister doesnt dig ie: morcheeba etc. And i was wondering, is there a way to delete morcheeba etc. without have to re-fresh the enitre ipod empty. Basically, how do you delete songs from your ipod? *I really suck at getting to the point. :) |

congrats on the new ipod =D
it's really easy to fix actually. When you plug in your ipod into your computer, itunes will ask you if you want to automatically update your library. Choose no, but notice that in the lower left hand corner, there is a new icon that looks like an ipod. Click on that icon to access ipod user icons Once the menu pops up, make sure that 'enable disk use' is checked. Then, you have two options. If you want a set folder where you can update your playlists by selecting them manually, choose 'automatically update select playlists only'. However, if you want to pick and choose your songs select 'manually manage songs and playlists'. Then you can drag and drop items into your ipod and delete things just as if its a finder menu. I find this option lets me upload from multiple computers, even |
