The site says 12-14, then in the about part it says 11-14, but the music linup only starts on fri. So are they just letting us in on thursday to start partyin...
Last year i was told to bring warm clothes, and never even brought them out of my bag! And as far as the walkie talkies, their great during the day only. Once its night time and your at the stages, you cant hear a thing on them. And if you dont get the ones with sub channels, your gonna end up listening to weird random convorsations with other people. That happened to us last year, No Town (the regina crew myself included) shared a channel, and those other people were so funny!!! BUT bring extra batteries with, if anyone else is on your channel, your batteries die twice as quick cuz your thing goes off every 10 seconds. We camped way further down the path, past where the big bull dozer was last year, I dont think we were supposed to, but the owner of the farm came by and said it was ok, since there was NO WHERE left to camp!!!!! but it was nice and shady but too far from EVERYTHING. Im not sure of the total number, but i know there are TONS of kids coming from sask and manitoba this year. GETTING SO EXCITED!!!! BETTER THAN CHRISTMAS FOR SURES!!!! |

salmo is only a few km from the site. You can walk from there, but i guerentee that you'd be able get a ride from someone if you go to the subway in the middle of salmo. besides, on thursday there will probably be a 8km line up of cars from the gate to the town. just checked greyhound site and it would be 208 bucks for a ticket...for that price you could probably fly to castlegar and then rent a car for the rest of the way Last edited by SEAN!; Jun 23, 05 at 05:00 PM. |
