Hey You! Myles! Remember when my car got towed yesterday? That sucked.

So I park my car in the parking lot accross form where I work at Robson and Richards. I buy a partking pass thing and its good till 6:15pm. So after work I head over to Granville and do a little bit of shopping. I head back to my car because I notice that its almost 6:15 and I have many parking tickets with this lot and I'm thinking I don't want to get towed. I get there at 6:18 and... NO CAR! :( My car isn't where I left it. So I call my friend Andrew cause I'm supposed to be at his house and say that i'm gonna be a little longer than origonally planned. So i'm thinking ok. Its only 3 minutes past when I had paid up to. Did they really tow my car that fast? So now i'm thinking its stollen. And I call 911. I'm on the phone with a woman from 911 standing in the stall that my car is supposed to be in and who do I see walk by?? Myles! So I scream his name and he comes stumbling over. Drunk. He calls the number to the towing company. Meanwhile my heart is racing. Where the heck is that car of mine anyways?? So they tell Myles that they do in fact have my car. So now I have to go to 1554 powell to get the damn thing. So Myles and I jump in a cab and head that way. Myles explains to the cab driver that he is very stressed out and he needs to drink a beer. The cab driver agrees that this is in fact a very stressfull situation and allowes Myles to drink the beer. We get to the car towing place and I pay $90 to have my car back. :( Then Myles and I jump in the car and head to his work so he can get his bag. What a day.

Thank you so much Myles! I would have freaked out like crazy if I didn't have you there. And it was good times. :)

I was so drunk I didnt know what was up. I sure hope I locked that door right!
Then I got on the bus and passed out cold, donno how I got home! Next thing ya know im headin up my hill to the house. Awesome.

you should complain. it takes 3 mins just to hook up a car for towing. and even then, only if your car had a ticket issued on it.

i mean it'd be like 6:14 impark guy standing at your car waiting for 6:16. so 6:16 rolls around, he issues ticket and already has a tow truck waiting. i mean it's just crazy.

I'm officially upset at both impark and the people that towed you.. I HATE TOW TRUCK DRIVERS.. they are scum - scavengers that live off the backs of decent people (well, "not so decent people" in this case). I mean you actually paid and they still fuckin towed you.

If you need anything "done" to Impark, just let me know and I will be happy to oblige.

Id say to complain because how could they have hooked up your car and towed it in 3 mins, but you have no proof it was 3 mins.

I think it's because she had outstanding tickets. They are awfull about that. I had that happen to me too before. I parked in some sketchy lot on granville and I seriously thought someone had stolen my car. But it turns out it's a three strike thing. You have two outstanding, and the third time they just tow you on the spot if you screw up.
