but I wont be able to leave vancouver till the evening to drive up on friday....is it still worth it?

its such a long drive.. better to leave as early as u can.... then u get a good camping spot and dont have to try and set up ur tent in the dark....

were leaving thursday nite so we can get a good spot in the shade... :D

Definately worth it Akeel. I'm basically doing the same thing from Prince George. Looking like 12 hours straight driving......with a 350small block powered suburban....Ouch says the wallet....but its worth it!!!!!!!!!1

Otherwise, depends on how you feel about travelling 20 hours (10 hours each way) to party for 2 days (unless you plan to camp out till monday) at the cost of $150 at the door. If that's nothing to you then hell yes it's worth it.

We're heading up Thursday morning to find a good spot in the shade and away from the stages. When I went on 2003, we were smack dab in between the main stage and the trance stage. 24-hour trainwreck :-\
