ps. i took one neo citran last night.. and i have 3 echinechea, 1 vitamin c , 1 multi vitamin and 2 calcium/magnesium pills waiting for me right now... along with song matcha tea...i refuse to get sick.

i wasnt raving kraig.... shambles is NOT a rave... and im sick cause i havnt slept in like a week.. its starting to take its toll on me..... need more sleep!! the neo citran last night worked wonders.....
