Carrie: lj is a blog community... people write about their daily lives, rants, etc... etc... it can be pretty addictive and I think I am one of the only people left on the planet who has been able to avoid it for the most part :-) Dave has an LJ account and tends to post things on there, so it may be a good reason for me to start reading LJ :-)
Grapes: you have been in Tokyo since you got there? I thought you were going to that tiny place where Alex and Megan are as soon as you got to Japan... I am an uninformed fool indeed :-)
