Yes... alot of us spoil our selfs. However its when ppl put animals before ppl that starts to worrie me. Pets dont earn or work for it either. Further more... a dog doesnt understand the meaning of wearing a name brand... making it compltely pointless dont you think? Spending what you work for on yourself is one thing, but when I see animals being treated better and fed better than our own ppl I kind of get the feeling somthing is wrong or out of place. |

Some people's pets are like their kids, not everybody can have them, and they spoil them like parents would children.
with your justification, kids also shouldn't get anything nice because they don't work for shit. *edit, do the starving children work for their food? :p Last edited by miss.myra; Dec 16, 05 at 08:21 PM. |

I won a $225 coach gc from work for working my ass off to win a denim contest. The bag that I want is only $125, the leash and collar will come to around $100. Whoop-dee-doo! Leather dog collars and leashes can be pretty expensive regardless of whether or not they're "designer". At the Big Dog Little Dog store in Richmond Centre they are just as expensive and they're no-name.

Well not if you look at child labour :p However it still goes back to the fact that ppl are putting their money towards animals before ppl. If you cant have kids why not adopt? Im not going to argue that animals need to be taken care of and feed... but the idea that there are expencive name brand items for pets to me is just usless and a waste of money. |
