Anyone know of a good place for a chick to get a funky hair do?

My friend Celina wants to get something fucked up done to her hair and she's from out of town so she doesn't know of any local places to go to. She doesn't want to walk into a place like magiccuts and ask someone who has only done "normal" haircuts, to do something like a wacky colour with a thunder bolt accross her head or something. Any suggestions?

anywhere downtown? i duno might be a bit expencive, i duno otherwise why dont you just cut her hair and just take sissors and just cut anywhere LOL

does she want a specific style? if not then tell her to look on the net first then find one she likes and take it to a hair stylist and she will do it for her

Tell her to go see Melissa Leduc at Opus Salon. :) And even if she can't get in to see Melissa, they're all pretty good there. Very funky styles and great chunky highlights. I think Celina would be very pleased with their work.

The Chop Shop on Granville Street!! It's band new and super funky!!

They will do anything from goth, to funk, to whatever! They did an amazing job on one of my girlfriend's hair!! :)
