The keyword here is LESS. Less of everything (except churches). Less clubs (none worth going to at present) and less restaurants & stores to choose from. Much less ethnic diversity than Vancouver area. The worse thing is probably the lack of good jobs.

Yes it can be boring especially in winter & I would go nuts if not for friends to visit, collecting music, watchin TV, websurfin, & a semi-job.

On the positive side it is not too crowded here, relaxed pace of life, you can get by on smaller incomes, & less driving, & outdoorsy stuff is nearby.

personally, I dont have alot of free time...so i dont really get the chance to get bored.
most of my time is spent(in this order) at school(an abbey) at the gym or doing some other form of excersice, at work, at home doing homework. and then when I occasionally get free time, i head into vancouver or out that direction. so long story short, I may live here cuz its cheep for me, but dont spend alot of my time here.
also, in summer its not that bad because there is more to do, ie: hiking, lakes and rivers (river rafting), sports....

hells yea..... im so lookin forward to our next hike. im in better shape then last time. Although we both did really good anyways. is mt cheam visible from the peak of thurston ( or the one we did last summer)

well I'm holding a poker night at my place tonight.. just three or four of us so far. If you can get out to harrison, lemme know. Texas Hold'Em - $10 buy in - winner takes all. and if not, I'm down for hanging out any other night. I've got wheels, if it's raining.
