I just got perminently hired this week and im on a 3 month probation for benifets... Im gonna wait a week before I ask to get a leave of absence. Even tough I beleive my union alows me to have a 12 month leave with out reason and come back to my position. Then I think ill confirm my flight then.

BTW: where you abel to get a hotel booked on collins street?
