According to these links, cow tipping is mythology since cows lie down when sleeping, same with the rumour that cows die after being tipped.

You might be able to do horse tipping since horses sleep upright with legs locked. But horse tipping could be dangerous to the horse since their intestines can be messed up and they can have a blockage if they fall over. I know someone who had a horse that ate some bad hay, it got sick & fell over, then it died because of an intestinal blockage caused by falling over.
