So -- when are you heading down, where abouts are you staying and what parties are you planning on attending?

We are arriving in the early afternoon of March 23rd and fly home on the afternoon or March 28th.

We are staying at a hotel down at Nikki Beach which is cool as it appears that a lot of really good parties are down there this year.

Holy shit Rhia... that list is MASSIVE. You should prioritize where you really want to go first and more so, what artists you really want to see. For those shows that you absolutely must see, buy those pre-sales. All the others, work your magic to see if you can snag a guest list spot or two.

I would suggest not going to shows just to see the "big names" as a lot of them are or will come through Vancouver. Instead see shows with the talent that doesn't make it here often if at all - like the Soulfuric show for instance. I had a blast at their party last year and I paid out of pocket for it at the door. It was worth it though to hear Brian Tappert, Jask alongside Ron Carroll who decided to show up.

Make sure you hit up at least one Breaks show for Akeel's sake! ;)

I was just listing what I recived in my last WMC email. However yes I agree see DJ's that I dont get to see or havnt seen. Lottie, Eric Marillo, Carl Cox, Prodigy, Paul Van Dyk, soulfuric parties etc and other DJ's who I think would be alot better to see in a miami club than Vancouver are on the top of my list. I deffinently want to leave room for random good moments that might come up:D

Cutbacks Over at Radio 1 meant they had to give up some events, and The Essential Mix From Nikki Beach was one of the most expensive ones, so it had to go.

Any event at Nikki Beach costs a fortune to throw but there seems to be a lot happening down there this year. That's actually were my hotel is so I'm stoked.

Last year Nikki Beach was the most hapenning place of the WMC, would love to go back, but havent heard of anything I liked yet, maybe on the 28th.

My suggestion would be to go check out Svend Vath as it is highly unlikely he'll be gracing Vancouver anytime soon. I don't think he's been here in close to 10 years.

Vath's Cocoon residency in ibiza has been one of the tops for years.

Other than that, the man is absolutely brilliant.
