I have a friend who settled down with her boyfriend and they started living together; she's ecstatic and adores him but I think he is absolute scum.
I went to the Zion I show with her, her boyfriend, and my date and the 4 of us were having a good time. At the end of the night my date drove us all back to my friends house and she said I should stay over at her place because I was really drunk. Anyways she insists I sleep in their bed, so my friend is in the middle, I'm on one side and her boyfriend is on the other and he starts reaching over right in front of her and tries to grope me. We both freak out and I'm absolutely appalled so I tell her I'm going to go sleep in the living room. I fall asleep and then wake up to her boyfriend crawling on top of me and trying to kiss me. I freak out and tell him to fuck off, and he starts going off about how infatuated he is with me. I make a brief mention of it to my friend but it's a really touchy subject so a few weeks later at her birthday party she gets him to apologize. He tells me he's sorry but the 'feelings were real' |

Yeah honestly I don't understand why she's still with him either, if I were in her position I would break up with him right away - I mean that incident was more than enough incentive to.
However, I do think it comes down to self esteem, I really think she believes that she'll never be able to settle down with anyone better because she has had some pretty bad relationships in the past. |

That's pretty twisted, I was completely appalled by the whole situation and never for the life of me would even think about sleeping with him. Once a guy has dated one of my frends he's completely off limits forever. There's so many people out their why would I go for seconds? |
