People afraid to speak their minds...
I notice that I always seem to be getting PMS from people.. of stuff they want to say/ almost said/ wish they could say to people...
Am I the only one that speaks my mind? Are you afraid that you might get a shot back if you say what you think? Dont be afraid. It's not being confrontational.. It's being honest to people about what you think, or how you feel; what your opinion is. You're entitled to that. And yeah, the truth does hurt.. It hurts you and sometimes it hurts others... But you can't be afraid of it. |

When theres people out there who dont even know what their so called friends really think about them. What I'm saying is.. dont tell me.. tell that person. Whether on this forum or not. Im not prompting anyone to say anything publicly but in the LEAST to the person they have the feelings about directly. |

Ever consider that the reason people don't speak their mind to you is because you always speak yours - ostensibly so even - and therefore they consider themselves intimidated?
For some reason I seem to have no shortage of people that want to speak their minds to me. But in general I'm pretty receptive to criticism and/or griping. Frankly, I'd rather see a bitch session happen over PM than over a major forum. Why air your dirty laundry for all others to see? Is that really that necessary? |

Highschool antics never fully disapear. Its not like once you grad 12, people just go "hey im out of highschool now, maybe all this talking behind peoples backs, lying and being a complete asstard should really stop" and your friends response is.... "you know what, your absolutely right. We have really matured and grown over the past 4-7 years (depending on if you passed every grade, every year), "lets go leave all that behind us, be straight up with everyone we come across and smile, then say hello to complete strangers." *buzzer sounds* (eeeeeeehhhhhhhh) "sorry you lose, please try again" Cmon get real! Allot of people lie, dont say what they mean, cheat and attempt to manipulate others for most of their lives. And I find that when people state an opinion on a public forum expressing how they feel or just wanting some form of discussion to start. Its usually the non-constructive responses that dont actually have a point other than to disagree for the sake of disagreeing. Are in fact those said "high school behaviours" that tiedye is speaking of. IMO I almost always say what I mean (everyone slips up now and again),its not always what you say but how you say it. Lying is not something I do, nor is it an easy task (no matter the size) it's just not something you can cover up. The "Domino Effect" caused by 1 lie can turn into years of trying to remember who knows what part of what lie and so on and so forth. So being upfront and speaking your mind is always a big YES in my books! B-rad Last edited by djb-rad; Jul 25, 06 at 12:56 PM. |

Look guys this was meant as simply a shout out to those who arent being heard. Because they dont make themselves heard. And I think it sucks that so many of you (you know who you are) have so much to say... and dont say anything at all.
