i was checking some trademarks for work and i decided to check and see if "Snyx" was trademarked. this is what i found.........







so let me ask you this: why do you put a TM at the end of you're name if it is not even trademarked?

try it. because if you really did trademark it, i would be getting on the phone with them and asking why the hell it isn't showing up. even if it was still in the "request of patent" stage it would at least tell you that it is.
