omg, demetri called and said if I didn't go last night he'd call me today... I made it out there at 9pm and did a mini workout.

My body is very sore, I will hang out on the eliptical today and then the sauna!

I've got an early dinner at 530, what time did you want to go ??

ooohh dinner that's right. hhmm well step class starts at 7:30 tonight and tomorrow Kick boxing is at 6:30. Did you want to try it with me? oohhh come on you know that you want toooooo :)
