Step Daddy J is one of my favourite rappers in Richmond. I remember being like 13 and trading a bus ticket for one of his MIXTAPES on da mean streets of "RICHTOWN". This dude is somewhat of a celebrity in Richmond. You guys from out of the town might also remember him from being the shirtless guy in a bowtie holding up the "12 Roses for $12" sign on SW Marine Drive or as the Chicken Mascot outside one of your Churches Chickens.

Anyways. I was chilling with Step Daddy J talking about his new album "Richmond Mentality" and he mentioned that RochesterSS has helped him produce a couple songs on his new album. These joints are hawt fiar. I suggest "Only in Da Rich"

ps. that shit about the mixtape for a bus pass was free. he wanted $10...but we managed to get it for a bus ticket...i think my friend still has it.

This guy is sooo bad that he is good. I had his 'Croatian Game' tape in 97 lol. The shit is too funny. I finally met him and his son on Commercial drive after Italy won the world cup. Oh my, guy is nuts, but he is really about his music.
