Whistler and Squamish aren't that far off, and you can probably find accommodations there.

Today my mind was blown by N.E.R.D

it was playing in someones player at work. I walk by and it was this crazy Pet Sounds/Indieish sounding band. I open the player to see what it was, and BAM N.E.R.D. I flipped my lid, I couldn't belive that these guys did this track (I don't know what one it was cause I didn't check before I poped the lid, and I didn't have time to figure it out. First album though). I knew they were good, but holy crap man this music was soooo good, Beatles good.

N.E.R.D is amazing, those boys are seriously talented. Pharrell imo is one of the best producers of our generation hip hop wise.

Pharrell isnt much of producer, he's the drum machine due and front man for the production team. He's pretty one dimensional. The real production work comes from the lesser known Chad, who plays 3 instruments and does all the sequencing.

N.E.R.D would still be great live, especially if they do a live set as their band.

Actually, I was more referring to Pharrells production work outside of N.E.R.D. and if you didn't know that he actually has done quite a bit of production in the last i dunno, 10 years or so..then...
