It's giong to be a devistating weekend for sure, but there'll be TONS of awesome pics for you all to see.

The Student Tours one that starts at the Plaza of Nations. That's going to be an awesome start to the night, with 5000 people all in one place all in costume.

Something could probably be arranged. I think it'd be tough to just randomly meet up, seeing as we'll be in costume, and there'll be thousands of people all crammed into one place.

I had a hard enough time finding friends at the Brewmasters Festival a while back, and there were about 3000 people there, and not in costume.

Club crawl will be awesome, so long as you don't get a bunch of bunk people on your bus. The first bus I was on last year wasn't too great, so we ditched that, and holy crap, was the crawl ever fun from there.

Yeah, 4pm is pretty gay, but I'll probably be there threeish to take pictures. The same bus could definitely be arranged. I'm most likely flying solo on the pub crawl anyways, unless I get can get a +1 on the guestlist with me. There's another guy I know going on the pub crawl, but he'll be on a different bus (for picture taking purposes).
