man what a great night/day
john blake ashlee, bret, it was great to meet you guys! (properly) i gotta agree with what was posted earlier - i was hyped on his set which was mostly all new stuff..but i was really waiting and wanting more of those dirty hard basslines..still in all a great time and an even better day got to spend the afternoon with him, dranks some beers, shot the shit and networked. i even asked for a picture with him..cant remember the last time I did that. So geeked. thanks again to matty and dhm too bad about the lines though. my boy had a ticket and waited an hour outside! they're gonna make sure that doesnt happen again though, discussing it in their meeting today next we need HERVE!!!!!!

I had fun, but was kinda disappointed by the surrounding DJs (and especially disappointed that they got to play for so long compared to Switch).
Switch rocked the house, but by that point I was so freaking drunk (my reasoning earlier in the night: "Wow, I need to be really freaking plastered to enjoy this music") I probably would have danced to UKHH if he dropped it. Best track he dropped got trainwrecked out of halfway through by Trevor Risk. Boo. I've heard this guy hyped so much that I'm really disappointed in the length of his set. How long was he on for? Was it even an hour? I was almost convinced that the opener guy was Switch simply because he seemed to be playing for most of the night.
