Line ups were a bit long. I didn't mess with the Bacardi tent at all, but I loved the sound on the main stage. Coldplay was amazing, Jay-z was good and also vampire weekend. I liked jay-z's funny little shout out at the end. After a while it just sounded like he was pointing out everyone in the crowd he could see. You the guy wearing the grizzlies shirt, and you with the hat, and that guy with the sign, and that chick with her tits out.

Was Coldplay amazing? We could only stay for about the first third of their set (left after "Fix You") but they hadn't really seemed to hit their stride at that point.

I appreciated their singer (why does his name escape me right now) for his sense of humour though

I left probably about half way through. I just really enjoyed it. I guess the quality is really a matter of opinion, but it sounded good to me.

Actually, let's dissect this Sunday school lesson regurgitation, shall we?

Interesting people talk about ideas, so the theory about the gay Teletubbie is really keen and open for universal praise since no one here came up with it.

However, should someone bring up an idea they had (usually beginning the statement with "I think"), they have nothing to contribute and are less interesting than people who talk about party experiences someone else had. What's more, somebody came up with the Teletubbies idea, so while you're interesting in talking about an idea, you're also uninteresting in talking about the people that came up with it.

Likewise, how do you talk about "events" without talking about either people or yourself? People are at events, if not the cause of events, and for one to discuss most events (unless it's the Big Bang), they either had to be there themselves or talk about the people that were there. Thus, semi interesting people and uninteresting people are the same, with much crossover into the realms of nothing to contribute.

Seriously, that was one of the most naive things ever spewed on the internet, with no bearing or basis in reality. Leave the fortune cookies to the professionals, ebolagnaise.
