I've already rallied a bunch of helpers for this year! So lez do this. We just need a venue for set up.

Try the clubhouse again, they let us use it last year and I dont see why they wouldnt again this year.

Let me know what goes down, I have Xmas eve off and would love to help :)

It was awfully kind of Karen to let us use her restaurant last year for no reason. I'll ask her again this year if we can do it there.

What did we learn from last year? More turkey!

I have many interested parties who are willing to help, upwards of about 20, including many donations that will go toward food and coffee.

Last year I don't think anyone put in any money towards the food. Winston shelled out well over $100. Lets all try and donate not only our time, but maybe even $10. If we all put in $10, we can get MORE food, and can even go in for coffee.

We will probably do it Wednesday, December 23, starting prep at 3:30PM and handing them out for 5:30PM

Still need to find a location to do prep work!

i'll try not to indulge myself too much while all you conscientious do gooders try to make the world a better place for bottom dwellers. I'm gonna start a Tiger Woods charity for used and abused socialite hoochies as there is an equal chance of reciprocation.

last year was fun! although I couldn't go and hand out the sandwhiches but making them was great! I may come help again this year and maybe bring my bratty little sister along too :P she needs a humbling experience

i think chipping in $5-10 to help out is a great idea. 1 person shouldn't have to pay for this whole thing. But thanks Winston for always stepping up to the plate.

It looks like Neoh is trying to find an alternate venue. However, I've booked the Clubhouse for the 23rd (same location as last year) to start at 330. I'm unsure how many people will be helping. So I booked their upstairs which can accomodate 20+ helpers. If we use somewhere else please PM me ASAP so I can cancel our booking. Thanks.

Is that the Sushi restaurant? Email me with more info, that would be better. Or go on the Facebook event and post the information there.

I apologize for letting the event slip by as I've been very busy and need to get things in order to leave the country for a while.

I am touched that you are all keeping this annual event going and I will try to stop by and help.
