Spring Break f&k meet!!!!
Ok, so I heard of this and was thinking that a whole bunch of us fnk'ers should go.. It would be an awsome time!!! What do say?
Interested?? I say we go either we go on the 15th(Saturday) and or the 16th (Sunday) .... more ppl will be able to go... PLAYDOME!!! Bc Place March 15-20, 2003 (Saturday-Thursday 10am-9pm) Canada's Largest Indoor Carnival with over 45 rides and attractions! Experience Spring Break fun for everyone - under the Dome! One ticket allows you to stay all day and ride as often as you like. One-day Dome Passes are just $16, multi-day Ultimate Passes are $35. Oh my god (edit: I HEARD THAT) it's the shittiest thing ever. I remember going with my friends... well, i didn't actually go in, me and my former girl friend decided not to join.... but it seemed like it was a good idea to do so, cause my friends all sounded REALLY disappointed. Apparently the rides are all shitty and lineups are pretty damn long. Save your money for glow sticks.
me n my former girlfriend just went down to Granville street, talked to some ppl filming a movie, try to bum smokes from old ppl in a pub, bummed off money from random strangers, and with the money that we made from that (10$) bought ourselves some mcdicks. From what our friends described, sounds like it was a good choice. but that's just imho, and maybe this year will be better.. so *shrug* don't take my word for it, cuz I didn't even go in. heh Last edited by yoko*; Mar 09, 03 at 12:03 AM.

I agree
Playdome is advertised as something huge and fun and crazy....and don't get me wrong there rides can be fun but it doesn't even compare to Playland which isn't that great anyways Playdome is just great marketing I think families with kids aged 7 to 14 or 15 would have the most fun AGROout

that place is evil. I went once a few years ago with my friends, and considering the limited space, most of the rides go around and around and around. And I sware some of them were more sped up than usual. I've never puked on a ride before, same with most of my friends but basically all of us puked while in that horrible place. i vomited twice. probably because of the combination of swirly rides and no owygen (considering its inside).
Sorry to rain on your parade but i'm just warning you guys.

I went to it two years ago and had a great time, don't know why so many peeps had shitty experiences. Mebbe its cuz I and my friend were older and spent half the time in line making sarcastic comments about everything around us, I dunno. But yeah, I had a great time and am totally down for going.
