Mini-golf IN Vancouver area? I have no idea.

There's Castle Fun Park off of highway 1 in Abbotsford, Giggle Ridge at Cultus, or Tugboat Junction in Harrison (both of which would be good for a day-trip/bbq kind of thing).

All of them are fun stuff. =)

/me loves mini-golf.

i'm honestly having a hard time finding anything within the city that is mini-golf-ish!
wtf.
it HAS to be transit excessible because not everyone has a car...and not everyone is willing to carpool [those selfish bastards!].
damnit.

well maybe this isn't such a great idea!

There's Eagle Ridge (or something like that) in coquitlam. It's right by the driving range you can see on the #1 between barnet exit and the port mann bridge. That's pretty close to the city but not really transit accessible.

^^^ i'm realizing this. someone suggested just doing a picnic...but that's boring...

and this is kind of the first big thing i've been asked to do [eventhough in the grand scheme of things no one's really going to care if it goes off or not]...but for me it matters...and it's an impression thing!

damnit. well i'm looking into a shuttle bus of some sort. maybe that would work out.

mini golf is fun.

Here we plan rafting trips. We are going agian this saturday before Summer Love and its gonna be super fun. 9 of us went 2 weeks ago on sunday and we had the best time ever!

We brought a ghetto blaster with us on the raft and blasted tunes for 5 hours..it was great.

What about having a BBQ or Picnic at a beach or a park, that also has a water park especially for the kiddies?

Maybe get someone to bring a volleyball/badminton net, frisbees, games that everyone could play or games organized for the kids to play (3 legged races, potatoe sack races, relay races.)

It's been done before, FOR SURE, but people always have fun at these sorts of events.

Castle Fun park IS fun, however it's not closeby, which is needed for your function. AND it would probably be nice to be outside.

:kimmie: good luck with the planning! I hope you figure something out.
