i have never been to a rave on new years.

depending on what goes down i could be interested - hotel's are fun.

i'm staying at the hotel vancouver for 100 a night in a few weeks with a "beach" view .... i dunno

OK, posts about NY are already scaring me...it seems like the year has just flown by...what is it about time that makes it seems like the less you have, the faster it goes?

But, to answer your actual question...dunno about NY...several thoughts abound...I think part of the decision process will be based on the quality of events for the night...

...I'm a little afraid to think about NY...feels like I just celebrated the last one....

yea i dont want to go to a rave this year either, but what else is there to do?? i want to hit up a house party BADLY and make it just a gong show night..that would be awesome. i duno i need a partner in crime for new years, so im not miserable and lonely during the countdown.

I remember a new years house party 2 yrs ago that was amazing. If any of you old lx kids are still around there's a good chance you were there.

Oddmud and Darkchylde and a few others spinning upstairs in the living room, another set of decks down stairs. At least 200 people and NO TROUBLE.... except for when Ivan got pistol whipped by a couple of guys walking down the street... I guess thats what you get for being loud and obnoxious.

Either way that was my best NY hands down.... so much fun. I remember at least 30 or 40 of us flailing hard to cheese anthems like 'Don't Call Me Baby'

Whistler is silly expensive for NYE, the only property with less than a 5 or 7 night minimum is Delta Whistler Resort and a room there for 3 nights is $2102.49 tax included plus $15 service fee... ouch, I'll be staying in town!
