i was going to go to lotus on feb24(tues) for my b-day. however it's a special event and i won't be able to get everyone out for $17 at the door.

Yah, it's a special event that automatic and co. are putting out their own money and dnb events in vancouver typically lose money anyways..birthday or not, I don't think Scott would be willing to do so..heh
