*IMPORTANT* UPDATE
ok here's what's going on.
yesterday i totally lost it. INFURIATED, i was. i sent out a PM to everyone that was CONFIRMED in the x-change. now i don't know if anyone who signed up actually read the original post for this thread (hello!?!?!), but it's in bold lettering that the first meet will be on DEC. 1st ... 1/2 the confirmed people PM'ed me back that they can't make that meet. WONDERFUL! i'm guessing the other 1/2 just hasn't gotten back to me yet. get a day planner kids. so... here's the options i'm leaving you guys with. 1) cancel the whole damn thing. 2) allow me to pull all the names (yes you'd have to trust me) and let u know individually who you have to buy a gift for... but you HAVE to be able to make the dec. 15 meet. if i don't hear back from 10 people by friday, i'm calling it off.

jack, i most likely won't be in the x-change anyways... i'm kind of a "spare" depending on if the turnout is ODD or EVEN... but if it's ODD, i will be in, so i'll figure something out about the drawing... i'll have to figure something out... but no, nobody is supposed to know who is buying them a gift...
starberry, dec. 15th's time is yet to be decided... i'll have to get a hold of everyone and work out a time... dec. 1st was supposed to be 2:30, but ppl couldn't make that time, so i donno... if we end up having a meet for the draw, we'll have to work out a time SOON... but so far i've only heard back from a couple ppl...

i'm in but i can't make it on the 15th (during the day) cuz i'm working. i can make it if its in the evening though...
an f&k x-mas dinner party...AT ANTON'S??? (the pasta place on hastings)

ya sall good...see i work till 5 on sat but after that im free and if you really wanted me to i could take my break at 2:30..im just down the hall from there...but it would have to be like pick and run...so ya i can do it
and the 15th depends..if its after nine i can do it for sure..you just have to make it like later.. spanks dude!!!!!

i REALLY don't understand why people signed up for this when they can't even bother to come on the site once a week and see what's going on with the x-change...
i got 5 or 6 (out of 14) replies to the dec. 1st meet... so obviously this is a NO GO... which really pisses me off because there were a few people (WHO TOTALLY GET PROPS FROM ME) who were really looking forward to this x-change... but because of some people (who i'll probably never speak to again under any circumstances unless i'm drunk which i almost always am) i have to call the whole thing off... we barely had a good turn out to begin with, and after almost 1/3 of the people didn't confirm, and then 1/3 of that 1/3 couldn't even let me know if they could make the meet, and everyone else couldn't be there cuz they had other plans and FUCK... so yea... i think there were 2 WHOLE PEOPLE that were good enough to aknowledge that there would be a meet on the 1st of december, everyone else seemed to have other plans... even though dec. 1st was written in stone for a month now! well thanks... i don't need this stress... just thought i would try to bring some of us f&k'ers closer together, but apparently i'm not respected enough to get the support and cooperation from other members... it's nice to know where i stand.

my point is that people knew when the meeting dates were... why sign up when u can't commit to those dates?
well, MAYBE we can pull things together, and get the actual x-change to go off on the 15th as planned... i just really need to hear from everyone that signed up...

you should try and put something together this week...its still a good idea...just set it in stone and make a time..i need a time...i work all the time..so if its after nine i can do it..

if we had the meet a bit later for sure could have been there
but the thing is most of us have part time jobs and we would love to come out and meet u peeps but taking a whole day off just to draw names wouldnt be good for the job....we should just have a meet of some sort (maybe at the bowling allie or pool hall )to do this thing so that we all can have fun too i mean its saturday night and we all know everyone does shit on saturday night so y not for once we all do sumting together make it like a f&k fieldtrip or sumting that way we all dont waste a day to just draw names to sum everything up have a meet draw names have fun

ok here's what we can do...
anyone who's definately in, and can meet on the 15th (we'll have more than just an x-change... maybe dinner or bowling like trevor suggested), PM me. if/when i get about 6-8 people, i'll draw the names and let u guys know individually who you're buying a gift for (no i won't be in the draw, and yes u can trust me). it's the... 3rd today? so if i can get enough people by this friday, the 7th i guess... that should give u guys a reasonable amount of time to do your shopping... but u HAVE to be able to make the dec. 15th date... we'll have to talk about a time... when you PM me, let me know what a good time is for the 15th, and some ideas on what we should do (dinner, bowling, sex, house party, etc...)
