In my perspective, raves are dead in this neck of the woods.

to most, it's an excuse to do drugs with many friends and listen to music while doing it.

a "rave" to me, in which I hate calling it that - is almost like being home. I am in love with trance music, and any party that has it - i'm there, front row center. It's nice to go to these and see familiar faces, of the people who have been doing it for years. It's a place to come together with your friends, dance all night, and have a good time.

its a concert where the focus isn't directly on the 'band' playing, everyones friendly, and they last all night!

In my perspective, raving does not merit being interesting enough to be the subject of so many school projects and papers. Teachers must totally get sick of reading about it.

Being so subjective is what most do when describing a rave which in turns changes the idea of what a rave is which at its core we all knows is: music, people

A rave to me is a all night party where i can go dance the night away to electronic music and have a wicked time high or not high, its all about the music and having a good time .

raves are a concert taht showcase the talented dj's of the word. drugs unfortunately come hand in hand with raves, just like how alcohol comes hand in hand wit clubbing. you don't have to do it, it' s just more fun when u do lol~ drinking that is

To me, a rave is a place I can go, listen live to some of the best music out there, done live by some great talent, and just dance. No one else matters but the music.

I could be alone at a party, and still have a great night.
