hmmm well its not rocket science writing lyrics..then why is the everyday average person like you not out there doing it.. She is doing something right to be able to write songs that connect with everybody of every age not just kids.

Doubt she has lip sync at all because I know she sure did not the 4 times I saw her.

maybe you should go out and market the so called tallented peeps at your school and see how well you do since you seem to know so much about the music industry..Good luck with that.

For someone whom does not listen to much Avril songs you seem to know alot about her lyrics..Why is that..

The only comment that I would have to agree on is Dave's comment on no tits..Guess there is no arguement there..

The world is a cruel bitter place so why run away from the reality of it. Yes use music as an escape ..but in the end you can't escape reality..

To all those who want to make fun of me for liking Avril Lavigne, even though you may not like her, you should all back up true Canadian talent. I agree some of her songs (skater boi, complicated) are not all that good but either way she is one of the few young artists today that completly writes her own songs and always sings live at her shows . So although you may not like her she truly is a talented Canadian performer in a nation that has very little talent ( Bryan Adams, Celine Dion)

If you read in the cd..she co wrote the songs with chantal and Raine..thanks..Co wrote does not mean she did not contribute..thanks..

Yes I have seen her live 3X actually..
1X in Toronto
1X in Buffalo
1X in Metrotown

yes she was late when she played at Metrotown..If your friend actually listened to her she appologized because she was at the dentist for an appointment ..Her mouth was still frozen when she showed up at Metrotown..As for being rude to her fans??ummm..I have never her be rude at all..
