the date is totally flexible... i originally chose the 15th because it wasn't too close to christmas, and not too far away either... i'm guessing that a lot of ppl will be busy with family on the 21st-23rd weekend... but if u guys aren't, that's fine too...

any day...as long as it's in the evening or at night. if it's on sunday, i can't come cuz it's our staff christmas party. but whatever.
i personally say saturday night somewhere in downtown cuz downtown is probably the most central place for everyone to meet.

the original scheduled date is saturday
i want it to be saturday and at first most people were ok with the date... i still think we should do it this saturday, but it's crucial for EVERYONE to be there... maybe we could make it a REALLY LONG meet... from like 4pm - 11pm, haha... that way if you're working or u have other things to do that day, u should still be able to drop by... but i mean, it's not like we can sit at boston pizza or wherever for that long... if i didn't live in surrey i'd say everyone just show up at my place whenever, and stay til whenever, and everything would work out a lot easier... god damn surrey... come on guys, it's thursday already...

ok... saturday. 4pm, whoever can be at granville stn., BE THERE. we'll go eat somewhere downtown, and for those who have to leave early u can x-change your gifts... hopefully the person you bought for will be around when you're around otherwise i guess u'll have to drop it off with one of us or just FREAKING STICK AROUND!... after we eat, we can wander around, hang out at coffee holes or whatever (get drunk on davie st.)... and for the people who show up later, they can reach one of us on our cellphone and find out where we are and rendezvous and ra ra ra...

4mula... what i'm suggesting with my plan is that u don't have to be there by 4!!! that's just when the meet is going to begin, so me and aki and whoever else can start the meet. u can join in anytime, u just HAVE to be there at one point in the evening for the meet... between 4 - 11pm... we'll use one of our cellphones as an INFOLINE, hehe so when u can head downtown, you'll know where we are at the moment, so u can catch up with us...
another issue that has come to my attention... the fucking weather... it's prolly gonna rain saturday... so walking around downtown wouldn't be the funnest idea. plus there will be TONNES of x-mas shoppers on robson st. on a saturday afternoon... so if we're gonna make this a downtown thing, i think we should be indoors at all times! and preferably somewhere NOT on robson, like a coffee shop that'll let us hang out there for 7 hours as long as we buy a cup of coffee every now and then (don't worry i can drink enough coffee to cover all u guys... haha)... but if we're gonna get our drink on, and we've got a massive amount of minors, i dunno where we're gonna do that... as much as i love drinking in a park in the pouring rain when it's freezing out... ummm yea, NO... anyhow... gilkayo, is liza keeping up with this? i never see her on the boards, so i donno if she has a clue what's going on... keep her informed and make sure she's at the meet... aiiishh... it's thursday night. so we SHOULD have things worked out tonite to be safe. cuz chances are we're not gonna get much planning done tomorrow night, cuz i'm guessing most of u will be out partying... so... if there's no objections, i think we should go ahead with this current plan... so here it is: 4pm: meet at granville stn. (granville st. entrance/exit) if u can. from there, we'll find somewhere to eat. i know it's 4, kinda early. but this way we can stay there and goof off for 3 hours, that way other ppl can join in later, and still have a bite with us. around 6 or 7 we should head off. i think most of u guys wanna get a little drinky drinky action in, so 7 is a good time to start. i don't know where though. most of u guys are under age, and it's cold & wet outside. so i donno about this part yet... suggestions? for those of you working late, until 9 or whatever, PM me ASAP so i know you WILL show up later. i think we should hold off on the actual exchange until HOPEFULLY we can get everyone together. but if u gotta leave early, well, let's hope your person is around when you are... k uhh... i really need to hear from u guys, so i know that we can go ahead with plans or change them or whatnot...
