it would fix all the worlds problems.
including world hunger and war.
they would feed everyone candy.
give everyone *huggles* and make them put down their guns.

plus, it would prolly 'up the vibe' if there were a bunch of very colorful, dancing, smiling kandi kids.
(or course, noone would know they were getting paid, theyd just look like they were having the time of their life!)
