i asked kraig about this and he said expect them no later than late december, so dont hold your breathe, its gonna be a while

Refunds are being processed as we speak.

We were not processing refunds one at a time as they came in the door, that just doesn't make sense given the quanity of them... We waited for all the refunds to arrive as of November 15th (only 4 days ago) and will then process all of those at once. Keep in mind that this involves more than just "writing a cheque" as we are processing money orders for each refund.

I would expect that you should get your refund by mid-December to end of December at the latest.

i sent mine in on the 15th.. just wondering if ya got it. if you have to pile through a bunch of envelopes to check .. don't bother.. mines got a letter and everything .. it was pretty professional. i was proud of myself!

I personally am not handling the refunds. Salim is taking care of that. If your letter was post marked on the 15th (which it sounds like it was), then you are good to go.

As I said, Salim was waiting for ALL of the refunds to arrive. Now that the date has passed, he will go through them all and then process the money orders all at once.
