A good friend of mine has had his band qualify for the Top 20 in the CFOX Vancouver Seeds competition this year. His band is facing off tonight (May 25) on the fox on the 8 o'clock cage match to advance in the competition.

Check them out at www.faberband.com and then vote tonight any way you can! The email I was sent shows all the ways you can vote.

Faber has made the Top 20 Bands in the 2005 Vancouver Seeds Bands contest put on by 99.3 The Fox. Now it's your turn to help us get to the next round.

They're a kick ass band.. you can even check out the song they're playing on the website (Sex and Love) and vote online ahead of time. I've voted already and will do the call in at 8!

I voted for them even though i'm not fond of their hair on their website... they are currently losing what is so far a tight race (48% for Faber, 52% for the crappy band)

^The other band isn't really that good... I'd expect people to vote who they like more and to be honest I can't see more people like these other guys.

Who know's though? I'm still pulling for Faber!

^You never know... once the phone lines kick in it might be a different story. Hell, if you vote or not, check them out just to hear them! They're a decent band!
