A hike on sat or sun

i am organizing and fnk hike ... It will take place saturday or sunday ... either the 24th or 25th.. (weather permitting)

The hike will be deeks lake.

so for those of you who are up for the challenge .. send me a PM and we will try to organize this thing...

I only suggest a max of 4 hikers.. to many and it will take to long to get there...

No smokers cause you will only slow us down..... Unless you know you can do a 14km hike. Approx time is 6 hours.. give or take.. If you think you will have a hard time hiking for at least 6 hours of your day then this probly isnt the hike for you.. It isnt that difficult , but it would be unfortunate for the others if you suck at hiking and make everyone wait..

Hiking shoes are reccomended but a good pair of runners will do the job

It truely is a wicked hike...

oh id deffiantly be interested...i think i work next saterday, but i belive i have sunday off (unless the change it on me)
but i love hiking, or anything to do with fitness.
I live in chilliwack, on ryder lake, im about a 10 min. walk from Elk mnt hike. but yeah, like i said, i've never hiked the one yer talking about. [email protected]

not really, its only an hours drive, but i just asked to work sunday evening 7-12. so as long as i could get back home before like 5 id be down :)

well then come along. there are two of us so far

its about 14km round trip.... average grade is about 12% and will take about 6-7 hours depending on our pace.. .... highest point is 1030 m... Mt seymour is 1455 m.. so you kinda get the idea of how high we will be. .. totaly worth it

so the hike was great..... me and twisted_angelx endured a 6 hour 17 km hike.. way to go natalie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... we made awesome time .....
