Pfft, screw the hotel- some of us may have friends down there that we can stay with, or we could always just head right back. And anyways if you get a few people together to split the cost of a hotel it works out to like $20 each or so, there's no need to stay at a pricey hotel unless you have the cash to afford it.
Also, if you're gonna be drinking you may not even wanna look at food the next day and that goes for popping as well.
What other necessities? Bring everything you need with ya, such as toothbrush and paste, shampoo and conditioner, hairbrush, change of clothes and whatever.
In the long run, going down to Seattle for Freak Night could be cheaper than staying here and going to Dooms Night.
