I don't think honesty has hurt anyone yet (unless it's the wrong kind of honesty). Say you're not good at dancing and then offer to try it anyway...
"I suck shit at dancing - my dancing looks like a chicken running around... but I'll try anyway!"
And then when you're dancing, get her closer to you and tell her "Show me what you got!" and that way, regardless of how much you suck at dancing, you will just cover it up with that little line cause it's pretty funny if you do it properly and at the right time.
