Equilibrium and proprioception
I would like to ask... does anyone on here have a very sensitive equilibrium and proprioception senses?
I have an extremely sensitive equilibrium and even the SLIGHTEST movement of my head in any direction will make me dizzy or disorientated (not even mentioning any sharp movements of the head that just make me plain sick and nauseated). I also have a very hypersensitive proprioception sense and I can feel my organs moving inside of me and I can detect any chances that happen to those organs. If I eat the wrong food, I will feel extreme pain in my stomach, kidneys, and liver (due to the increased proprioception senses and awareness). The pain is very precise and specific to the organs that just got 'offended' by the wrong type of food and that makes me VERY picky as to what I eat.
This has lately started to annoy me to the point that it bothers me to be... just me. The sensitive equilibrium also makes it feel that my ears are in pressure (airplane ear) and I must 'hollow swallow' to 'open up' my ears each time. That happens non-stop... they just keep on plugging up and I'm in a constant airplane ear state. What the fuck.
Does anyone experience any of those two symptoms? If so, how do you deal with them? Any advice will be appreciated.
