The First Approach...
So anyways, I've finally found a girl that i'm kinda interested in but I've NEVER talked to her. She ain't in any of my classes and seeming that the ratio of girls is 1:10 at my school, she's ALWAYS with other guys.

How should i approach her? What should i say? I'm basically a stranger to her...

i think that corrie and MC Hammered gave you good advice....go try that
just go up to her and simply ask her to join you for coffee or when you see her smile at her and say hi cuz ur just the nicest guy ever!! and then she'll prob do the same and then after that just have some small chit chat with her
i think that might get her instead of pick up lines that she probably hears all the time
