~*~Joined @ The Hip...?~*~

Do you know someone or U yourself does this? If any of you share the same experience or feelings what are your thoughts? :(

I don't understand why 90% of time couples are seem like their almost JOINED to the hip? When you see either one of them the other is swear to be there...I'm good friends with BOTH of them let me make it clear...One I've known for over 2yrs now ever since my early days of partying and our friendship has just continued...The other almost a yr now...

I miss days of hanging out 1 on 1...Going to the mall...Check out gurls...Shopping...Movies...etc! Whatever...Stuff you do with your clost/best gurll friend & guy friend :(

Also...I enjoy the company of both of them...And doing stuff...But you know it'll be nice to have those times of just being alone and catching up on things and stuff

Blah...Do I make any sense?

I know what you mean.
Jeff and I certainly aren't joined at the hip. Yeah we're together every single saturday night, but he still has time during the week or friday nights or whenever to see his friends.
What really bugs me is when girls have their boys on a leash at a party. He's no more than 5 feet away at all times. :hehe:

My last boyfriend must have had some homing device on me cause he was constantly around, and some nights that's okay and other not so much.
A couple is still comprised of two seperate beings even after they settle into one happy unit. A lot of the time the 'joined at the hip' factor will die down after the 'honeymoon' phase.
At parties or clubs I love to wander off on my own and really appreciate when my boy/or friend can do the same and then we find one another and cuddle or whatever...there are so many people to see!!
If your friend and his lady are never apart - ask him for some alone time - he may not even realize you guys haven't had any. It's okay to want some alone time too, he is your friend and this new second head of his may be cool in some situations - but in others it's nice to be just the two of you
you are friends - talk...
Communication is king!!

hmmmm joined at the hip is no good. I guess for some people it might be nice, but I enjoy being independant. I don't like to have to depend on another person for happiness.

True true...I dunno it's hard for me to say on this subject matter cause I am SINGLE...But even though if I was in a relationship I don't think I would wanna be with her 24/7 and NOT go out unless I was with her or she was there with me

Well at the beginning of a relationship is only naturl. You wanna get to know the person and spend time with them. And after a while it becomes habit. Because everyone of your friends is used to you blowing them off they don't bother. LOL
