!stress stinks...nothing works!
i hate stress and nothin works for me to calm down at least......i have so much that it bugs me like none stop everyday. argh.....i'm not doing alot of things either, i just skate, go to school and work like everyone else right? then why is it such a big deal that makes me to even start to cry!? oh gosh.......what do you guys do to relieve stress when it bugs you this much? i need help please!

Arrid works!....." hahaha some deoderent thing hahaha just take a breath and take whatever thats buggin ya and kick it in da nuts hahaha kiddin just relax things will get betta fo you garauntee or u can kick me.......yeah right believe me thats what yung always tells me and most of the time it works like a charm.....but if that doesnt work do what i always do when it doesnt work.......PUNCH a wall as hard as u can and be impressed with the dent u leave in that wall that is the ultamite stress reliever beleive me ~Trevor |

i dunno. i like to just sit n think sometimes. no music, no computer, no noise at all. just to think, clear my head. hahah..shopping helps too. just something to take your mind off things and then you can come back & deal w/the stress better. but sometimes, it IS hard.... |

Stress does suck...
for me... i like to get a little distructive. Only when I'm really pissed off though. I just throw like pencils at walls, books, something that makes sound but doesn't ruin anything:) I got in an argument with my dad a couple days ago and decided to cut my hair... that helped too. (looks good though, I didn't do anything major) Smoke? Or else I write. Poems just pop outta no where when your mad or upset about something. Hope that helps. If all else fails... ICE CREAM... believe me. |

stress usually leads to me injuring myself...
2 days ago i was doing some hardware "adjustments" to my computer... and i was getting so pissed off that i barely had any space to work in, and i got up really fast, turned my head and nailed it on the corner of my entertainment stand... got a gash right on my eyebrow, not too big, didn't need stitches or anything, but it bled for a good hour, damn capilaries... i'm generally a pretty mellow person, carefree most of the time, the rest of the time i just don't give a fuck enough to stress over anything... best thing to do is hit something. break something. start a fire. kill someone. or my personal favorite, go cow tipping. "and if you really tick me off, i'm gonna run you down with my car"... haha... flanders |

well punchin a wall or breakin things is not what i really want to do......it does sound like a good idea and all but not really for me, don't wanna hurt myself. sitting and just thinkin doesn't really help either as much cuz i'm already confused and stressed enough as it already is and thinkin about it makes it even worse for me. but thanks for the idea princess. writing comes to me too but it doesn't help! aaaaaaa...............i'm not a person of breaking things or whatever......and if i ever think of deciding to smoke, adam's gonna be down my back so i dont think i need that to top off all of this stress..........do i need to see a therapist for this? gjgfaskl'dgfdhkfdjhb l;djh;asgdzbfdm./ zbfd keyboard bashing........helps like just a tiny bit......and oh yes ICE CREAM works like a charm sometimes.........thanks ya'll |

ainslie if ya wanna smoke, smoke tha cronic man ahhhh i remeber the days of highness.....as for hurting yourself....the madder u are the less pain you will feel.....believe me it works......your talking to an expert of wall punching......but if ice cream works for u then so be it mmmmmmmm ice cream i think ill have some now hahaha

sorry for my late reply...but stress..wut i usually do is go for a looooong walk to clear my head..then find a secluded place to think...it sumwut works..if not..then there is the ice cream thing..that..or just getting together with a buncha the girls and having a nice girls nite to bitch and rant about wutever...its always good to get things out of ur head too...hope ur feeling better soon~!:384: |

girls nite out for bitching and ranting is always great..
and it does help to relieve some stress.. for me.. other things that help.. yes.. being destructive..seeing something break..shatter.. like glass.. i always break things. i'm way to destructive.. i wish i could be like my friend, when she's angry and frustrated, the most she can do is CRUMPLE PAPER! and it relieves stress for her.. *sigh* if only that would work, insteada breaking things.. but another good thing to try..yoga.. it really works sometimes, it just, helps to relax you and ya.. i dunno if you have the health channel thing or not but there's this cool yoga program on at like3 3:30aM...ya.. it's just.. relaxing..a nd it's good for u! =] |
