It's totally Ok to throw a party when someone dies. I know for sure that parts of South America and especially the Carribbean have huge parties when someone dies and it is a happy time of passing. However I don't think terrorizing children is a usual part of the festivites and I would say that would be the only morally wrong part of your party. And now I hear thunder....sweetness I miss thunder. Peace
