Who is the one person you couldn't live without?
I don't know why this thought came to pass in my mind and it did deeply disturb me.
I thought what I would do if my sister passed away in an accident. I don't want to describe the twisted emotions that I went through but I realized just how much she does mean to me and how much I took her for granted for being there. So I ask you... who in your life are you taking for granted being there that you couldn't be without. Give it some thought and share if you can. |

I can't think of ONLY one person. My whole family is very VERY close (extended maternal side included), and I don't know what I'd do if I lost any of them. I love them all, and they've always been there when they were needed by ANY of us (especially us kids). I also think my life would be over if I lost my boyfriend. He means as much to me as my family does.

My parents. My sisters <---for sure. Even though we very different I couldn't handle losing them...My ex boyfriend lost his little brother (who I was also close friends with) a year and a half ago...not only did that open up his eyes as to how important his bro was to him...it opened up my eyes as to how important my sisters are to me. and I also miss my friend who died...I don't know how any of us live without him :(.
I also couldn't live without my boyfriend. <3. Or my Oma. I don't want my Oma to get older. Maybe I can find the fountain of youth just like Tuck Everlasting so my Oma doesn't get older <3. She's the only grandparent I have left... |

Max, I definitely agree with you on this. I've had a lot of people that I came to depend on pass away- father, grandfather, close friend in highschool. It's hard to imagine life without these people because you've grown to really rely on these people for so many different kinds of support. Death is not an easy thing to deal with it, but you learn from it and become a much stronger person. I find it hard to imagine living day to day without the really important people in my life, but death is a reality, and it's something that you will have to deal with. Someone dying should make you live with more purpose, and not take the wonderful people you're so lucky to have in your life for granted. |

definately my parents of course.
and next to that would be my closest friend... he's the first person i run to when anything pulls me down, and he's also been there in the shittiest times of my life....he's always the one with the mature advice and speaks the truth no matter how shitty it may be. definately a true friend. you really dont understand how important some of ure friends are til u sit back and think about it. |

Amen to this post. People who get themselves into a mind-set where they figure they could not litterally live without their girl/boy friend are doomed to failure. Well, maybe not everyone. But plenty of people that I have seen, myself included. I could not live without myself. My freedoms and my own mindset. I like to think that I am strong enough that during the worst times, I'd still be okay on my own. |
